I've always considered Fear Effect to be one of the most interesting Survival Horror games out there for the PS1. On a technical level it really pushes Sony's little system with its cell-shaded graphics, FMV backgrounds and dual weapon wielding, but even concept-wise, this was a pretty innovative title for its day.
